pigi, lengvai ir greitai gaminama, čia tam, kad ją gali pasidaryti ligonis pats sau, ką aš ir padariau. Organizmas reikalavo daržovių ir kaip prieš smertį, šiek tiek spirgučių. Dėl skonio :). Nu, dar gerai būtų Zepter puodas…
po poliklinikos užėjau į mūsų gerąjį turgelį, kur galima visko nusipirkti kaip vaistinėje, už kelis centus.
Pradėjau nuo burokėlių, įsiūlė pailgus, sakė, kad skanesni, dar nusipirkau terbelę baltų pupelių (0,5kg), trūko morkų ir lašinukų spirgučiams, bet po vaistų pirkimo grynų pinigų beturėjau 2,00Lt ir ką jūs manot, mūsų turgelis viską iškalkuliavo. Pirmiausiai nuėjau gabalėlio kaimiškų lašinių ir pardavėja atrado visai nemažą gabaliuką tik už 1,50, kurio aš išnaudojau tik pusę. Gavau gražos 50 centų ir nuėjau morkų… Viena pardavėja papurtė galvą, pas ją tokios morkos nėrą, tada nuėjau į turgelio galą, kur prekiauja ūkininkai ir gavau pusę kilogramo puikių morkyčių. Likusius dalykėlius turėjau namie. Gaminau tik kitą dieną, iš vakaro užmerktas pupeles išviriau iš ryto atskirai

Taigi, pasistačiau didįjį zepter puodą ir tiesiai į jį pjausčiau daržoves sluoksniais:
4 nedideli burokėliai
6 morkos
4 bulvės
trečdalis vidutinio kopūsto
užpilti 2 arbatiniais puodeliais vandens ir šiek tiek vegetos, uždengus puodą pakanka kaitinti 10 min vidutinio karščio temp.
Paskui viską sumaišiau su atskirai išvirtom pupelėm ir padariau padažą daliai daržovių mišinio, visą likusį puodo turinį galima naudoti ir kaip sriubą ir kaip garnyrą ir kaip mišrainę, priklausomai su kuo daržovės bus maišomos.
Mano senovinis kaimiškas padažas buvo tai ko norėjo ir šaukėsi mano pasiligojęs organizmas.
Padažas:
paspirginti šiek tiek lašinukų, mano būvo rukyti.
1 didelė galva smulkiai supjaustyto svogūno
2 šaukšteliai miltų
1 kūbelis grybų buljono
vietoje prieskonių
puodelis vandens arba sultys iš daržovių puodo
Paskui, kai miltai sutirštėjo, sudėjau į padažą daržoves, nes padažą irgi dariau puode, kitame ir pakvipo namai kaimu ir ramybe ir kaip ta tetulė sakė prieš smertį, atneškite man į likoninę ko nors “tvirčiau”, ji turėjo omeny lašinius ar mėsa, taip ir man užsinorėjo ko nors tvirtesnio ir aš tai padariau!
Nuotrauka ne visai atspindi patiekalą, nes tai tik webcamas, daržovės visos pjaustytos kvadratėliais, kopūstai taip pat.
