Ingredients 1-1/2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into small cubes
2/3 cup plain yogurt
2 Tbsps. vegetable oil
2 Tbsps. lime juice
2 fresh garlic cloves, crushed
2 tsps. freshly grated ginger root
1 tsp. ground coriander
3/4 tsp. ground chilli powder
salt and pepper, to taste
4 skewers
